Let me explain the situation :

I lost contact with charlie_ps2 since July 3'03 the moment we TT money to him. I sent many email and phone calls but all no reply at all. No single words from him, no explanation whatsoever. Then I try to contact guichi ( ps2newz.net ), pm bighap and then I contact you dust2dust.

I sent pm only 1 time to you. not many time as you said!

Then yesterday, I asked my associates in europe to contact charlie_ps2, and he said will sent me DHL tracking number by email to me. Until now , still no single words from charlie_ps2.

It's not about the cash & price, but about trust! And tell you the truth , I am not the only one has this kind of problems. SolidSnake from Colombia has exatly same problem with me. Please check this below thread :
