Gnd & 3.3v Help!
Here's a quote I'm confused about: "With reference to the above photo, solder wires to the 3.3v and GND pts."
Does that mean connect those two points together like NTSC color fix point and 3.3v? Or does it simply mean to the correct points on the messiah chip? How important is it to insulate them? Would the chip not work at all if I didn't?
