CHASER install GREAT probs!!!

Hy all , are 4 days im trying to install this damn game (under win98 se) , but it refuse at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

starting from cd1 , initially withouth install-fix , it asks for destination dir , opens the bacground image and hangs all the pc!!! it copy only 2 files , math32.dll and math64.dll and no other.
Trying to use the install fix patch , it create a c:\JOWOODCHASER , with CSSetup.exe into it , but restarting with with setup on cd 1 it hangs the pc .
Have also mounted the image with alchohol 120% , and obtain the same error , have copied the entire cd 1 and same SAME bastard problem , someone can hel me?????????????
