uploading to gamecopyworld?

ok, so i maybe just some stupid newb here, but i was wondering if anyone knows how one would go about uploading or giving a file (patch, crack etc...) to the gamecopyworld website. do they just get all the files from crack/warez groups and people they know or is there some way for anyone to say, email them a patch to post on the site? I can't seem to find any info about this anywhere on their site.
