Trying to clone an executer pro 2 mod chip

I've had someone install an executer pro 2 clone mod chip and would like to know how he went about making it. I've done some research and found that the chip used was probable a PIC 12C508A. I know there is a way to flash the chip with the executer 2 bios and the technique is somewhat as follows:

1. Find a PC motherboard with a chip similiar to a PIC 12C508A and then remove the solder off of it so it can easily be removed and replaced. (However, do not remove the BIOS chip yet)

2. Turn the computer on and boot to DOS. Then while the computer is running switch chips (the normal BIOS chip with the blank PIC 12C508A chip).

3. Flash the new chip with the Executor 2 BIOS and then again switch the two chips.

4. Install this new chip in the XBOX....

I would like to know if there is a more exact tutorial on how I could go about doing this whole process. Also, is there a reliable location where I can get the Executor 2 BIOS and the ISO for the DVD-R I will need when I first start up the XBOX with the new chip.
