That dont look a GTAIII manual to me...
 There is no real 'manual' for either GTAIII or Vice City as the first few missions for the either game are basically Tutorials on how to play the games. And yes that 'Welcome To Liberty City' Booklet is supposed to be the manual.. By the way, you Americans still get those Black PS2 DVD Cases?
