Hi!
Itīs the Hooligans release, sure? In this game they not add a dummy file, so DC canīt read properly the end of the game and paralyze.
An answer? Add a dummy that makes the 700 MB on the CD or try to search Echelon PAL release of this game because it has the dummy. PD: Sorry about my poor english...I speak spanish
