Guilty Gear X CDI

Hiya everyone, I'm new here so yeah be patient with me if I don't get what you'r talking about.

anyways I need to know how to put a missing Ip.bin file in the CDI for Guilty Gear X, the game loads when Iuse the Utopia boot disc but then it doesn't do anything, it's just a black screen. and I don't know what to do next

Can someone please help me with this???
