PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!

I have a cd copy of THawksproskater2 but the image is asways blinking.....(the same thing happens when i play MSR in 60hz mode) is it due my televison doesn´t support 60hz or can it be fixed with anything else??? My utopia boot cd does the same "blinking".
My tv set is a Nokia....?!??!?! what should i do??
