Mag Force Racing

hi!

i just downloaded the kalisto release of mag force racing. i assumed that it was using the ntsc video system. since i got a pal console, i tried to patch it with pal patcher into pal format, but it said that it detected the game was running at 50 hz. if im right ntsc games usually run at 60 hz. so im not sure whether i should patch it to 60 hz or not. is it possible that this game is using the pal system, or was it downsampled for some reason?
