hate to bother everyone but i need serious help......

have playstation 2 in colombia with mod chips. i buying my games out there right now for cheep but the only problem is the wait. when matrix comes out tommorw in the states it doesn't arive out here of a good month or two. so my idea is to burn them myself. im new at this so i need all the help i can get. i know the basics on burning cd's and pretty good with a comp, just need to know what burner to get, which dvd-r's, and what kind of programing i will need. thank you for your time and help everyone.
