CRC Errors in the morning

Everytime i download a game and try to unrar it i get a stupid CRC error the file is corrupt message..... why is this happening to me does anybody know? I tried repairing all the files but as far as i can tell, this only solves those 'unexpected end of archive messages' but its that damn CRC error i cant figure out... please help
