B&w

I got this game I got ripped for me by a friend. (NFS Hotpursuit)
I had it for ages now.

Anyway it played fine (in colour) in my old V3 Neo 2.2!

But today i found the game lying around and thought i would have a quick play.

With my V7 Messiah 2 it plays B&W, although at the beginning there is a little intro page in colour but no Selector of any kind.

I have a few other rips from my friend they have selectors but this one doesn't.

Whats going on why did it play fine on my PAL Neo 2.2 V3 (colour) but not in my PAL V7 Messiah 2.
