Charlie plz!!! What should i do?

I cant play GT3 and Devil may cry in my jap PS2.
I have the 10000 with modchip for swap Trick with utility 1.00
I think i will open it and try 2 adjusting the lens.
Can play any Back ups from original cd-roms.
But cd-roms from Rip DVD games can play only 1 from 5.

Sky odyssea

Cant play
GT3
Devil may cry
Extermination
and the most of them, and i dont want to sell my jap. I love it you know what i mean.
