FFX Fifa 2003 Backups?

i was in the process of backing up a bunch of games when i noticed my backups of fifa 2003 and final fantasy x do not work. there was no error message in the burn, i used primo dvd, and i think i did it correctly. used the same method found on these forums, and the other backups i made of the other games, such as vice city do work.

i have a v7 ps2 modded magic (i think its 3.something) chip.

any ideas? let me know!
