Looking for instructions on making...

Hi I'm looking for instructions on how to make a patch. I bought Gungage and Elder Gate but it turns out they were mod-pr****ed. There is no available patch for these. So I'm seeking info on how to make my own. Any place or person that can teach me how.

Also while there's a huge load of NTSC to PAL info, is there any information on doing PAL to NTSC. I bought Legend without knowing about the PAL issue and so it's just gathering dust unless I convert it to NTSC (the TV set treats like its got no vertical hold).
