how to play coppyed game

im new to all thisand i i bet the question has allready been asked heeps of times but this site is a mazz and i dontknow what im looking for so here it gose

i made a coppy of metal of honer allied assault useing cloneCD
the coppyed cd installs the game but when i go to play it ,it ses cd cant be found or not detected and such
pleaeszz help iv asked heeps of people and thay dontknow
