Clone CD & Windows XP

Hello There:

I have recently installed Windows XP on my computer. Now when I re install
Clone CD it is telling me that I am in the US or Japan & that the "Hide CDR
media & the "Amplify week sectors" will be disabled for this reason.

This is all very well apart form the fact that I am NOT in those locations,
I am in the UK!

I am new to Windows XP so how do I tell the computer that I am not in the US
or Japan?
