If you have a look around a few of the links in http://www.CDmediaworld.com you will find a few links to CDR sites. I think I've seen a ASPI installer for NERO which doesn't require NERO installed.
I'm at work at the moment so have a look around like I did and you should find it. PS if u look hard enough u will find a link to a site that has every CDR Software u can think of!!! Hey if people don't look for themselves they don't deserve it!!!
