Couple of things:
1. I'm assuming that the originals that u r trying to copy boot okay? 2. Have u got any other CDR's to boot on yr PS2? ( In other words is yr magic chip functioning correctly or is yr boot method correct) For that matter have u got any back-ups of any kind to boot yet? Final thing to try. Clean and polish originals, Read them at 1X speed and make an image on hard drive, when complete burn the cd at 1X speed. Yeah, this will take a while but u just can't go wrong at that speed so if this don't work u have to assume the problem is somewhere else, either yr boot proceedure or chip related.
