"The ntsc fix has two different fix points. Basically u go from the fix point to ground and this will force all games to play in pal mode, alternatively u can go from fix point to 3.5 volts and this will force all games to work in NTSC."
I have a NTSC PS2/GAMES and I know I connect it right to ground but the result was black and white.
