tenchu 3

can anyone help me out!!!! i just baught a copy of tenchu 3 for the ps2 and want to make a backup before i let my kid get his mucky paws on the original but am having some serious diffs with ripping it on to a cdr!!! (i ain't got the cash to buy a dvd burner just yet)
i have tried to few times to rip it but can't seem to get it downsized enough to fit on one cdr.
if anyone could give me some help on this i would greatly apperciate it
