ps1 backups work so chip has power and is working
ps1 needs power ground scex to boot (needs others to initalise chip when first installed) ps2 is what takes into account all the other connections new v7 boots dvdr films so its not the laser check recheck for bridges and solder balls the track would been drilled he bought it from us check the actel chip legs for bridging (2 pins to grd and 2 pins to A should be bridged) but no others any chance of a picture of the install?,as close much detail as possible
