Recommended US-based mod install professionals?

After looking over the diagrams I've decided i definitely don't have enough experience in soldering to try and put in a chip. can any of you guys recommend someone who does quality work and is trustworthy? I'm sure more than a few of you fit the description anyway so please reply and give a link to your web page or something

BTW I'm going to school in Clemson, SC and will be home for the summer in Connecticut, so people near those locations please respond!
