Shenmue, NFL2K1, and DiscJuggler

Alright, first off, I would like to apologize if these questions have already been answered, but I didn't see them.

First off this post is NOT asking for links, they are just questions about the releases themselves.

First question, does anyone know why games like NFL2K1 and NBA2K1 have not/cannot be released? Is it the shear size of the game or a copy protection scheme? Just curious...

Second, I have had a few DJ images, ie. 4x4 Evolution and Jet Coaster which gave me the error "Illegal field in command discriptor." This happened before and a CD-R BIOS upgrade solved that. But these games still didn't burn in either a sony 8x or a ricoh 4x. It did eventually burn in a Plextor 12x. Does anyone know why this occurs? Is this a hardware limitation in the burners or how/what drive these images are created on?

3rd, does anyone know if games with online playability have any type of "tracking" via the disc?

Lastly, simple question, have all 3 CD's for Shenmue been released?

Finally someone who asks in a polite and reasonable manner..

1) As far as I know, NFL2K has been released by Echelon I believe. I honestly couldn't tell you regarding NBA2K. If there is some sort of protection scheme, it'd be one Electronic Arts hardcoded. Check around, and try to find the most recent Echelon NFO file for more information about these games.

2) It's mostly an incompatability problem between the burner, the software, and sometimes the OS. If you're using DJ, I suggest finding the generic ghost driver file especially created for DC purposes.

3) I haven't heard anything about "tracking", but then again, who knows. Just rely on 2 old addages here: Better Safe Than Sorry, and If It Smells Like Trouble, It Probally Is. Paranoia isn't something to overlook in this type of "hobby", so be careful.

4) Yes, all 3 CDs for Shenmue have been released. I have heard nothing but problems from everyone trying to burn them, so beware.
