Need help in finding games and how to make discs.

Hey all. I'm new to this. I have a friend that knows where to get and knows how to make the games self bootable. He got me capcom vs. snk and quake 3. But for a fee. He does not want to show me how to make my own games for the Dreamcast. I was hoping anyone out there would share the knowledge on how to do this. Where I can get the files for the games. Where and how I can get the files to make the discs self bootable. and the software necessary to do so. Thank you. I hope someone can share the info.
