Help Needed - How to rip streaming music videos?

Does anyone know of a program or method to rip the streaming music videos from http://launch.yahoo.com

I tried lookin in my temporary files to see if it is being stored in there by any chance but no luck. All i got are the crazy files like

and

http://launchtoday.launch.yahoo.com/...unch.yahoo.com
