i think u need a action replay cd or the other one (magic something or other, bighap sed it a min ago). I read somewhere buy using a non solder chip they may go out of line and not work properly. so make sure its installed properly.
OR as everyone in this forum says 'get a messiah 2'. I got one installed and its great.
