I'm not quite as familar with the way that '98 is set up but I'll still try to help you. Your ntsconv folder needs to have these 3 files in it, ntsconv.exe, the ntsconv frontend, and the readme file.
Put the Game image in this folder. The game should be in .bin, .iso, or .gi format. Put the entire folder in a location that you can find. I put mine right inside the my documents folder on the desktop. Since I'm not aware with '98 I'm not sure of the best place to put it. Maybe inside the program files in the C:// drive. Okay open up the command prompt. Type dir to get a list of all the directories. Use the "cd some directory" to change directories. Once you have found your way into the NTS Conv folder, this is what you need to type to make it work. ntsconv -n somegame.bin The extension can be .bin, .iso, .gi depending on what your game is in. I know you want to change the image to ntsc so that is why you put -n. If you wanted to change the image from ntsc to pal you would type -p instead. When you hit enter it should tell you that it is converting the image. The old image will now be in the new format. You might want to make a copy of the original file and put that one in the ntsconv folder...just in case. I hope this helps. Reply if there are any questions.
