Newbie having problems. Plz help

I have two problms.
One of them is that I cant copy Max PAyne using alcohol 120% and I dont know how to record this type of protection. It is a safedisc v2 and that is the settings I put in alcohol but while writing it fails. What do I do???????

My other problem is that the levels of james bond nightfire is like invisible and I can only see my gun and the bad guys and some other stuff bu I cant see the ground and surroundings. Why is this???????
