OK, let me give you instructions for trying out:
- use IsoBuster to extract both images to one dir (both to same dir) - rename the hd to the label CD2 has - for renaming the hd choose properties from contex-menu, when clicking with the right-mouse-button on the hd in WinExplorer - on top of the "now showing" property-window you can change the label of your hd NOW YOU CAN TRY INSTALLING SIMCITY4 FROM HD. Hope it works for you...
