the sims games

this doesnt have to do with a copyed game.

my daughter somehow screwed up the 5 sims games installed.
i have tried to uninstalled,reg cleaner, deleting the game files.
every time install anything past house party, like hotdate vac,unleashed the splash screen comes up then the program quites. its not locking up it just quits.
i have spent about a week trying to get this to work but nothing.
called ea still nothing.
my daughter is slowly dieing without the sims any help would be great.......thankssss
