I used Bin2Boot and burnt it on a 700 Mo CD.
It failed at least 3 times before I managed to burn it correctly... By the way, you can delete 0GDTEX.PVR (image that is displayed if you use boot CD) and IP.BIN (Bin2Boot will create its own).
