stupidity

Please forgive me for being stupid,but I have just just downloaded your sight but I dont have a clue what to do to
back up my games.I'm in my 40s and relatively new to computing
and would like advice on how to back up my psx games so the kids can use them without the worry of them damaging the
originals (which they often do) This is a wonderful sight but I am clueless as to how to benefit from it.
Any help would be greatfully recieved. Thankyou.
