What modchip is the best for a Playstation 2 version 7???????????

I have just installed the Messiah 2 in my V7 PS2. Can't say anything bad about it. I use Neo brand DVD-R media on my Pioneer A04 writer and it has not made one bad burn, not even games people have trouble with like Getaway. Basically it is the more expensive chip, but well worth it. They say it runs 'silently' so the PS2 doesn't know it is there, and it appears that way. That is my recommendation!!! Hope it helps!
