First things first, do the originals install and run correctly?
Secondly, which OS are you running? If the originals don't run either, it could be that Wallace & Gromit being over 4 years old is incompatible with a modern OS like WinXP. If you are running WinXP you could try the compatability mode setting and run it in Win95 mode! Bob the builder is a newer game I think, but you could try the compatability mode setting as well. It could also be graphic driver related or DirectX, have you updated them lately? DrA.
