clony Xl help needed

i wasnt to make a backup of a few of my games, and so i downloaded clonyxl and clone cd. But what exactly do i have 2 do? Do u click scan cd and then clone cd. I tried that but it was gunna take like 2 hours to copy the cd, and that cant be rite surely. I Have a LG recorder, will that work?? Please help some-one, this is really annoying
