You need CDIRip
Since you already have Disc Juggler, we will use that. Copy an image of a DC game you have using Disc Juggler, which will make a huge *.CDI image
Then download a program called CDIRip which you can get here http://cdirip.freeyellow.com/down_cdi.html This will convert your *.CDI into an *.ISO that your emulator will like.
