Problems with Jet Grind Radio after applying Net patch

i re-burned my JGR after replacing a few files needed for net support and now my DC only boots the game when it wants to...sure i have net support now, but it doesnt help if i can only use it when my DC will let me. anyone have any ideas on how i can fix it? i appreciate anyones thoughts or information. thanks.
