this should work:
use dvd x copy to rip the movie, before inserting a blank disc to copy on, minimize the program, go to where it automatically saves the files, copy them, and then paste them somewhere else on your HD. That way when you exit DVD X copy, it should only delete the originals, and leave the copies.
