help burning yu-gi-oh

i have down loaded the kal-yucr patch file for the game and patch-it . i used clone cd made an image file and then ran the patch and burned to cd but nothing shows up on the cd. can some one give me step by step instructions of how to apply patches and burn this damn game i have no problem with any other games for i use the psx2000 burn progy. i have nero burn ,clone cd and a bunch of others to. the burner i have is a yamaha.
