no magic doesnt do that.
you are best off getting a ntsc --> pal convertor from maplins or using a decent telly. other than that you could look for a pal/ntsc switcher for the game in question, back it up apply the patch and then reburn it. (not the easiest of solutions) in your situation i would prefer to pop to Maplins and get a convertor for about 20quid
