prjRebuildVol Error

[TKStyle]

I got a GT3 rip Kit, but when i try to run the program "prjRebuildVol," it comes ip with an error:

'System Error &H800700C1 (-2147024703).'

Can sombody tell me what's wrong and how i can fix this problem?

I tried installing Visual Basic 6 but the problem stil remains.

I got a P4 1.8 - Win XP Laptop.

I really need help because i cannot copy the game without this program (prjRebuildVol).
