.vob, i thought you meant that you converted it to a video format like avi, mpg, wmv, or something like that.
Well, here is the official page http://www.xboxmediaplayer.de/newweb/info_project.htm They said they plan on adding .vob supportr so untill they do, making a 1:1 copy of a dvd is your best bet.
