Please Insert Playstation Cd-rom

I just installed (carefully) a modchip into my 7501 model today

and tested it immediately to see if it would play my normal

(original) game cd. It checked out alright, but an hour or two later

I returned to play again and now, no matter what game I try, it

gives me a screen reading....



Please insert playstation cd-rom.

What in the #$(( is going on guys!?!?!?!?!?!
