If you are trying to read the disk from a dvd rom player then thats your problem.
I dont know about anyone else but i cannot read safedisk back ups in my dvd.all it does is lock my system,as soon as i put it in another machine with a standard cd-rom it works fine.. hope this helps-if you are using a dvd that is. be interested to see if others have this problem also
