U cant download them and the releases where nuked.. they are on alot of auction sites (ebay, lik-sang etc) so try there i had tekken 3 bleem myself for about 20 euro in a dutch store(way too expensive imho) but sold it already cuz its running better on my PSX
And don't believe those screenshots they show everywhere (i think they are maybe pc bleem shots).. i played them after eachother and the DC is very very slightly better in graphical terms.. still ugly blocky pixels. in gameplay its worse and stages like xiaou have more slowdown than on PSX. Also the music stops very abrubt and the movies are worse i think. Besides if u own tekken 3 u prolly own ePSXe or a PSX so why bother
