Had similar probs to this wen I installed my A04. Finally fixed it by having dvr on an IDE bus on its own ( nothing plugged into secondary), updating to firmware 1.33 on dvr and updating px engine on Primo to latest and changing to traxdata dvdr's to burn on. Do all this and you should be fine. Also check on your dvr drive properties and check that the auto complete disc box is checked. Could also be that some other burning software is playing a part. take all other burning software off your computer until you have it working 100% and then start putting it back on one at a time.
