Modchip Install Tools & Supplies???

Being a newbie and preparing for my first mod (awaiting delivery of Messiah 2 Pro modchip). I would like to request some information on tried and tested tools and/or supplies for performing the mod.

For Example (uneducated):
Fine Tip Soldering Iron (0.1/0.5 mm) (30/25/15 watt)
Solid Enamel Solderable Wire (32/30/22 awg)
Solder (Rosin Core/Clear Flux/Silver/Lead-Free)
Pliers (???)
Heatsink
Solder Paste (No-Clean/Water Soluble/Rosin Type)
Flux Spray (???)
Anti-Static Mat & Wrist Strap
etc...

Any help would be appricated
