How to patch VF3tb for a PAL DC?
Hi,
I know that this problem had already been a topic of the forum. But there are many, many VF3tb fans out there living in Europe or owning a PAL Dreamcast. As we all know, Europe has always been neglected (except with Shenmue II) - PAL games mostly with borders and in 50Hz are the common results. To play VF3tb in 50Hz and with borders, although the speed performance has been optimized, makes my heart feel sick... That is why, I searched the internet for patches and fixes, and found ones. But the matter is, that it is really difficult to apply them. I have bought the PAL version of VF3tb, and also downloaded the KALISTO release (as Nero-Image). But, how the hell, can I convert this image to a full-working 60Hz Pal game? The Pal Patcher and the NTSC-2-PAL-Patcher were not able to do so, unfortunately. (Btw, many thanks to Megalex, the creator of the Pal Patcher!!! I really admire your work!!!) I have always been a fan of the VF series for ancient times, let VF3tb not happen to become a bad conversion for PAL consoles. What I need is, in fact, a clear manual on how to patch the PAL version of VF3tb. I dont know how to rip the original GD-Rom of VF3tb. That is why, it would be much helpful, if you described it for the KALISTO-release being a NRG-file. With warmest regards Jacky
